Financial Pathway is a nonprofit credit counseling and debtor education agency. We provide pre-filing credit
counseling and pre-discharge debtor education courses required under federal bankruptcy law.

Pre-Filing Credit Counseling Course – Enrollment currently closed while approval is under review.

Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Course – Required after filing to receive your discharge. Approx. 2 hours. Fee: $29.99; a reduced fee of $9.99 or a fee waiver may be available for qualifying individuals.
