Financial Pathway is a nonprofit credit counseling and debtor education agency. We provide pre-filing credit
counseling and pre-discharge debtor education courses required under federal bankruptcy law.

Our Courses

Pre-Filing Credit Counseling Course – Required within 180 days before filing your
bankruptcy petition. Approx. 60–90 minutes. Fee: $39.99 (reduced fees and waivers available).

Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Course – Required after filing to receive your discharge.
Approx. 2 hours. Fee: $29.99 (reduced fees and waivers available).
