Financial Pathway is a nonprofit credit counseling agency approved by the Executive Office of U.S. Trustees (EOUST). We provide EOUST-approved pre-filing credit counseling and pre-discharge debtor education courses required under federal bankruptcy law.

Our Courses
- Pre-Filing Credit Counseling Course – Required within 180 days before filing your bankruptcy petition. Approx. 60–90 minutes. Fee: $39.99 (reduced fees and waivers available).
- Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Course – Required after filing to receive your discharge. Approx. 2 hours. Fee: $29.99 (reduced fees and waivers available).
